Position : Temp Executive – Accreditation & CPE Division
Job Description:
• Attend to emails and telephone enquiries relating to Practising Certificate (PC) applications and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims applications for healthcare professionals.
• Assist in processing of PC and CPE applications.
• Generate reports and monitor practitioners who have or have not renewed their PCs.
• Assist in the User Acceptance Testing of the healthcare professional registration system
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
• Degree in any discipline with experience in admin/processing work
• Able to articulate well in writing and meticulous with attention to details
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Contract Period:
• Able to commit for 7 months from 1 July 2024. Candidate will be placed on a 3-month contract in the first instance and reviewed for further extension up to 7 months.
Working Days (5-day work week in office)
Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Hourly Pay Rate
Degree - $18.50/hour
