Responsibilities:
- Forecast the company’s funding needs, manage funding and allocate to business department and subsidiaries via HQ funds guidelines
- Liaise with local bank, and cooperate with local back account management
- Manage cash flow and maintain healthy liquidity position of subsidiaries
- Represent Operations in regulatory, compliance and risk forums that have material impact to fund administration
- Lead and support loan arrangements and FX transactions
- Review and report monthly cash positions
- Cooperate with FSSC for fund settlement
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in fund management, experienced in MNCs is preferred
- Familiar with bank settlement process and Financial regulations
- Self-initiative, mature, responsible, well organized, efficiency and detailed orientated
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, independently as well as an effective team player
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (To liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
