Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a FP&A Manager, in hopes of developing the current high performing Finance team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.
Duties of FP&A Manager:
- Deliver insights on market trends and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and financial projections.
- Review monthly financial outcomes, explaining deviations from budget expectations and forecasts.
- Oversee the annual budget process, incorporating economic trends to inform predictions.
- Collaborate with business units to develop strategies enhancing growth and profitability.
- Create occasional presentations for executive leadership.
- Enhance financial controls and processes.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in accounting fields
- Min 10 years of FP&A experience with external audit exposure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
