Job Summary:
We are seeking an excellence-driven individual who will take on the role of a product expert to persuade homeowners to make safer and smarter decisions.
You will be at the forefront of our homeowner interactions, acting as a product expert who can effectively grasp every homeowner’s specific requirements, offer practical advice, match them to the most suitable renovators, and liaise with interior designers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Closing Leads: Conducting daily outbound calls to homeowners (leads) who signed up for our services, understanding deeply their renovation needs, and ultimately building their confidence that HomeMatch is the solution to helping them find Trusted & Suitable Renovators.
- Homeowner Matching: Utilising our algorithm with 400+ datapoints to match homeowners with the most suitable renovators based on their specific renovation needs.
- Account Management: Engage accounts and develop strong relationships with both renovators and homeowners. Address accounts needs and provide a positive post-matching experience.
- Product Expertise: Master our product and services, stay up-to-date with the renovation industry, and be able to add value to homeowners.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma holder with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English.
- Empathetic and Persuasive: A genuine desire to help homeowners and the ability to instil confidence about our product.
- Ability to work well in a small team startup environment, where adaptability and initiative are key.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, Common Formulas). Do note that there will be technical tests as part of the interview process.
Work Schedule:
- 5 Day Work Week
- Working Hours: 10AM - 7.30PM
