Key Roles & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will support the Director, Business Partners & Employee Relations and Deputy Director, HR Planning & Services for the following HR duties:
· Assist in the formulation and review of internal HR policies and manage the successful implementation with system support, etc upon approval by Management;
· Work with the relevant bodies to ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with Whole-of-Government guidelines, and/or contextualise them for internal implementation;
· Assist in the review of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including but not limited to - review of HR manuals, documentation of current practices, reporting templates and compliance;
· Recommend and perform data analytics on HR data to identify trends and determine relevant actions required and opportunities for proactive employee interventions;
· Liaise with representatives to participate in Government-wide and/or external HR surveys;
· Manage the administration of employee benefits, including but not limited to – company insurance, health screening and wellness initiatives;
· Assist in secretarial duties for HR meetings
· Any other tasks assigned.
Job Requirement:
· Background in Human Resource or equivalent
· At least 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
· Knowledge of government guidelines/policies and experience in data analytics will be an advantage
· Good communication and writing skills, and a team player with the ability to work independently
· High level of initiative, meticulous with strong organisation skills
· Ability to multi-task
