Job Title: Payments Operations Specialist (Cryptocurrency)

Our client, a leader in brokerage and payment platforms, is currently seeking a talented Payments Operations Executive with Cryptocurrencyexperience to oversee financial operations, drive operational excellence, and implement strategies for their cutting-edge payment gateway product. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with various teams to enhance payment solutions and ensure seamless transactions for a global customer base.
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations related to global customer payments and payment gateways
- Collaborate with engineering, community, and operations teams to identify areas for operational improvement and develop and monitor new processes for enhanced efficiency
- Conduct bank and payment provider reconciliations and investigate any identified issues
- Assist in testing new integrations before launch and ensure successful implementation
- Maintain and enhance current integrations and operations, identifying and implementing improvements based on best practices
- Implement and execute processes related to internal audits, quality control, compliance, and training
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency space and/or payment operations
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and financial skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure when required
