Job Description:
We are currently seeking an adept and seasoned Human Resource Executive to join the esteemed team. The Human Resource Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager across a spectrum of HR functions, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top-tier talent in alignment with global best practices and the company's overarching objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
· Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate selection, employing innovative sourcing strategies and assessment methodologies to attract and onboard top-caliber talent.
· Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs, furnishing new hires with the requisite resources and support to seamlessly integrate into the organizational fabric and commence their professional journey on a solid footing.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
· Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, proactively addressing queries, grievances, and concerns to foster an inclusive and harmonious work environment.
· Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and morale, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and career development opportunities, to fortify organizational allegiance and cultivate a culture of excellence.
3. Performance Management:
· Collaborate in the design and implementation of robust performance management systems, encompassing goal setting, performance evaluations, and developmental feedback, to drive employee growth and performance optimization.
· Support the identification of training and development needs, coordinating learning interventions and mentoring initiatives to nurture a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
4. HR Administration and Compliance:
· Uphold meticulous HR administrative practices, including record-keeping, documentation management, and compliance tracking, ensuring adherence to relevant statutory regulations and organizational policies.
· Assist in the formulation and dissemination of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, fostering consistency and equity across the organizational landscape while safeguarding employee rights and organizational integrity.
5. HR Projects and Initiatives:
· Actively contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives, spanning talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement endeavors, to propel the HR agenda and advance organizational objectives.
· Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leveraging synergistic partnerships to drive HR initiatives and deliver impactful outcomes that resonate globally.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of accomplishments in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
· Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and legislative frameworks, with a global perspective and awareness of international best practices.
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a penchant for fostering positive employee experiences.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS platforms, with a penchant for leveraging technology to drive HR efficiency and effectiveness.
· Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) would be advantageous.
Work Timing: 8:30am to 5:30pm
