Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Consultant to join our team at our premier gym in Raffles Place CBD, Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent sales skills, and a customer-centric approach. As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on the best membership packages and promotions to suit their needs, while also excelling in sales and contributing to the overall success of our gym.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Membership Consultation:

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their fitness goals and needs.
  • Advise clients on the most suitable membership packages and promotions available.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into memberships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of membership options, promotions, and gym services.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all gym members and potential clients.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure a welcoming and hospitable environment for all members and visitors.

Administrative and Operational Duties:

  • Conduct daily administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
  • Manage gym operations, such as checking in members, monitoring gym usage, and ensuring equipment is in good condition.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of gym events and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and enhance member experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with gym management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
