We are looking for an Accounts Executive. Training will be provided on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly schedules
- Posting of Sales and Purchase Invoices
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Perform month-end closing of accounts & processing month-end journals
- Prepare and maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and FRS
- Responsible for GST submissions
- Cash flow and bank reconciliation
- Assist in yearly audit and liaise with respective depts on audit requests;
- Coordinate in corporate Income tax matters with tax agent
- Manage funds effectively by advising on daily/weekly payment requirements and ensuring timely supplier payments
- Participate in ad hoc accounting and finance projects, as appropriate
Job Requirements:
- Must have good knowledge of financial management, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification under ACCA, SCAQ and ICAEW schemes
- Minimum 5 years working experience with full sets of books
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strength in Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be remunerated accordingly
