Job Description
E-Commerce Product Management:
- Prepare and upload product listings, including content, for various e-commerce platforms such as Redmart, Shopee, FairPrice Online, Lazada, Facebook, etc., in Singapore.
- Maintain and ensure all product information, such as pricing and inventory, is up to date and available for sale.
Customer Service:
- Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns, coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails.
- Manage eCommerce customer comments and reviews through social media.
Marketing and Content Creation:
- Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and executing ideas for marketing projects (Digital Marketing & Social Media Content).
- Take charge of performing social media and website content updates, producing content, key messages, and posts designed to drive traffic, promote audience engagement, and support company objectives.
- Contribute to overall digital growth and content marketing strategy to communicate the company’s profile to the target audience and support company outreach and expansion.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
- Analyze product sales performance, including short-term and mid-term sales forecasts.
- Drive monthly/yearly sales target achievement across the sales network.
- Work closely with various department heads to plan and execute all marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes.
Operations:
- Handle day-to-day operations and logistics-related matters regarding running an e-commerce business.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual with proficiency in major working languages.
- Highly initiative with positive energy.
- Good attitude towards learning and improving.
- Basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus, but not required.
