## Executive Assistant
We are seeking an energetic individual with a team-oriented personality who can add value to the firm and embark on our exciting journey with us.
### Job Responsibilities
The candidate will support and contribute to the firm's operations, such as:
- Support for office administration, including tenancy, IT, subscriptions, and insurance arrangements and renewals.
- Support for operational matters, including periodic finance and compliance submissions; documents and data management; leave, trips, and claims management; onboarding and offboarding arrangements.
- Curating and disseminating relevant articles to the team.
- Making internal meeting arrangements and venue bookings.
- Facilitating meeting scheduling for the Chair/Founding Partner and liaising with counterparties.
### Requirements
- Polytechnic diploma, ITE certificate, or junior college qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, operations management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in administrative procedures, office management, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in HR processes and practices, including working knowledge of MOM requirements, will be viewed favorably.
- Ability to use other IT/AI productivity tools is viewed favorably.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to work independently, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Situational Awareness.
