Job Description
- Operate and manage the Reservations Sales function of the Hotel.
- Update guest profiles for reference when needed.
- Handle telephone enquiries, process reservations, upsell rooms and enter data of reservations received.
- Maximise potentials in the Hotel’s occupancy and revenue whilst protecting the Hotel's business mix.
- Provide efficient and courteous telephone service to guests and callers to create a favorable image of the Hotel.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information to internal and external customers.
- Build good rapport with business associates and internal customers.
- Establishes and maintains good relations with corporate accounts travel agencies, airlines and other booking sources.
- Perform any other works as and when assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with hospitality packages/products/services
- Customer service oriented
