Responsibilities:
- Managing Sales Process: Handle the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating rate with airline and carrier
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales and logistics processes.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges related to sales, logistics, or customer service promptly and proactively find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Able to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin due to correspondence with overseas clients
- Possessing strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and also team oriented.
- Positive attitude.
- Problem-solver.
- Knowledge in import & export shipment is an added advantage
