Our client is one of the leading players in the Medical Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Production Supervisor to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.
Duties
- Lead and manage the production team in line with company policies and standards.
- Ensure employee discipline and resolve work-related issues.
- Drive productivity and quality goals while maintaining efficient resource utilization.
- Conduct manpower planning to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Facilitate employee training and development.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in production.
- Comfortable with 12 hour shift
