- Planning / Scheduling and coordination of site works
- To work on upcoming tenders and eventually to be stationed to project site
- Assist in supervising and Coordinating M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project / tender timelines
- Execute MEP works in building construction
- Handle project supervision and documentation
- Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress etc
- Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
- Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations;
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Have relevant working experience in the construction industry
- At least 5 years of MRT project experience
