"Responsibilities:
- Design and document targeted test cases based on business requirements, system functionality, and specifications
- Develop comprehensive test scenarios and data variations for end-to-end testing, including API and SQL validation
- Execute thorough testing, document results, and identify defects for development correction
- Collaborate with development teams, business users, and vendors to ensure effective testing and defect resolution
- Analyze and optimize testing efforts to reduce redundancies and increase efficiency
- Work independently and in teams to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, in banking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with software testing methodologies (Agile)
- Experience with JIRA, SQL, API tools, and test automation is desirable
- Proactive, independent, and resourceful with excellent teamwork skills
