Responsibilities:
- Able to perform business development by actively engaging new and existing accounts and services
- Fulfill the client's staffing needs by performing searches through the company web portal, jobs portal, advertisements, referrals, and networking
- Conduct interviews of selected candidates and conduct screening thru phone or interviews.
- Develop and establish a good working relationship with existing accounts
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Min 2 years of sales experience in any industry
- Good communications skills and experience in cold calling
- CEI Basic Cert
