You will be a valued member of our Production Team under the Comms Team umbrella, working closely with our Creative Designers, Video & Photo Specialists, 3D Motion Designers and turning raw footages into amazing video creatives for our marketing team.
We are looking for a strong Producer to produce all aspects of our creative pipeline- from pre-production, production and post-production and manage our talented 3D and Post Production team.
Responsibilities
- Produce and manage all aspects of our creative pipeline from pre-production, production, and post-production
- Planning and managing internal and external production resources effectively
- Work closely with 3D motion designers, editors, video and photo specialists to enable them to achieve a high level of quality of 3D, Photo and Video creatives
- Active monitoring of deliverables and their progress, and providing updates to stakeholders
- Managing stakeholders and translating marketing requirements and briefs into actionables for the production team
- Source and hire freelancers to support team whenever bandwidth is limited
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in managing 3D and Post Production video production pipeline
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence. Possess a track record of excellence in the field and exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and take full accountability for the entire process from pre-production to delivery
- Strong creative problem-solving skills: Ability to understand, analyze and work through a challenge to completion
- Outstanding communication skills: written, verbal and visual, with the ability to justify production decisions
- Flexibility in the environment of constant change
- Responsible and self-motivated, resourceful in making the impossible possible
Bonuses
- Proficient with project management on Clickup
- Experience with growing an inhouse production team
- Experience with workflows for Adobe Suite Software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc), 3D softwares (Cinema 4D, Redshift)
