Our client is one of the leading System Integrator, providing professional consultation with successful track records in the implementation and maintenance functions for RFID Asset Management and Tracking solutions, UWB Technology, Robotic solutions, IoT Solutions and Office/Home Automation.
Responsibilities
We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and targets.
· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
· Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
· Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, including software, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
· Manage the site implementation process and coordinate all phases of the project work to ensure the smooth implementation of the site.
· Assist with project procurement management.
· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
· Conduct risk assessments for projects, proposing mitigations and actions to keep projects on track.
· Support the project manager in the creation of project proposals, templates, schedules, and briefs.
· Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all project members have access to necessary information.
· Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
· To plan and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
· To carry out on-site testing and commissioning of systems, prepare operation manuals, etc.
· To provide technical support and user training to end-users.
· To carry out maintenance and support services to existing customers.
· Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical or related field.
· Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
· Experience in the field of robotics or other high-tech industry preferred.
· The Project Coordinator will report to the Project Manager and will be instrumental in the success of the Robotics team's projects. This role requires a team player with robust project management skills, a passion for technology, and an innovative mindset.
· Some basic software programming knowledge would be an advantage.
