As a Finance Executive (AR & AP), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for accounts payable functions, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management
- Oversee vendor management, intercompany balance reconciliations, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Support AR functions which include AR billings, AR ageing, receipts, and process customers’ refund
- Address customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies according to established procedures
- Handle customer and intercompany balance reconciliations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Conduct dunning and follow up on collections for overdue accounts
- Provide support for system UAT and implementation as needed
- Participate in workplace improvement projects and activities as required
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Accountancy with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Possess at Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel (Advanced)
