- Determine and project the market's sales potential, then take responsibility for meeting the sales goal.
- Determine and project sales potential for the IS market, be responsible for meeting sales targets, and track and assess the actions of major players in Singapore. These findings can then be translated into marketing plans and concrete sales targets.
- Maintain a strong network with current clients proactively by being aware of their requirements and suggested focused solutions to increase total sales potential.
Requirements
- At least four to five years of sales and/or technical experience, together with a thorough understanding of the IS (ME/Chem) industry
- At least three years of experience in ME/Chem-related markets meeting or surpassing sales targets is required for a senior position; previous sales expertise in related goods (such as pumps, valves, instruments, etc.) for comparable sectors will be taken into consideration.
- Prior project sales experience in ME/Chem-related sectors would be advantageous.
- Have a thorough awareness of the demands and specifications of the ME/Chem sector.
- Strong connections and network with important figures in the ME/Chem sector
- The individual exhibits an ambitious and "hunter" mentality, constantly seeking out sales possibilities and eager to engage in prospecting with suitable stakeholders. They also possess good internal and external communication skills and a cooperative approach.
