About Our Client
Our client is a global B2B player supplying automation excellence to multiple industries. With their regional HQ located in Singapore, they are currently seeking an additional member to their C&B COE to support deployment. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Regional Head of C&B.
Job Description
- Contributing to the global, regional, and/or country-specific Compensation and Benefits policies and programs.
- Offering expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on matters pertaining to Compensation & Benefits.
- Independently manage initiatives related to compensation & benefits.
- Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in Compensation and Benefits.
- Actively participate in regional and/or global projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 4 years of total rewards experience, preferably in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficient use of MS Excel.
- High ownership and critical thinking are integral qualities for success in this role.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
