Assistant Manager, Design

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparations and modifications of Architectural design from concept designs through schematic design, design development and construction documentation
2. Responsible for developing solutions to the technical & design complications following Singapore’s established standards
3. Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings
4. May be required to mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff/colleagues
5. To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor

Requirements:

1. To possess a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Building/Construction or equivalent
2. Experience in design management, tender documentation and contract administration
3. Experience in Architecture detail, Design development and Construction documents
4. To have at least 10 years of related working experience
5. Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
