Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and Plan and Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for effective electrical facilities maintenance.
- To manage the team of technical Officers, technicians , supervisors , sub- contractors on electrical maintenance works for the building premises.
- Perform troubleshooting and analyse faults and provide recommendation for sustainable and cost- effective solutions.
- Operate and control automated M&E systems, conduct testing & commissioning.
- Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the project team to resolve any technical issues. Attend Electrical related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports.
- Manage electrical systems, panels, switchboard, power Supply etc for effective and smooth operations. Assist managers in monitoring , ensuring adherence to maintenance standards and planned preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor work progress, drawings and other relevant documents related to M&E works. Involve in quotation and fault reports. Conduct regular inspection of existing electrical installation to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively
- To ensure all works carried out are safely and in accordance to safety procedures and conduct inspection.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical or M&E Engineering or its equivalent.
- Electrical / M&E Facilities Management or related M&E fields or FM operations background.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in management of Electrical / M&E in Facilities Maintenance environment will be preferred.
- Candidate with good building construction experience and exposure to electrical maintenance works / M&E facilities maintenance is welcome to apply.
- Self-motivated with good written and communication skills and computer literate.
