Job Scope:
- Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
- Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
- Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements
- Participate in tendering exercise to give recommendations, detect design errors drawing discrepancies, and coordinate with specialist sub-contractors
- Attend site inspection and project meetings as required
- Provide solutions to technical problems
- Guide the team in resolving construction issues on drawings
- Liaise/Coordinate with project team members and outside parties in preparing design brief, user flow, timeline, process control, quality control, delivery management
- Responsible for multiple project development progress
- Monitor the design development and development progress mitigating any project risks
- Prepare tender quality plan for submissions which includes schedule, drawing, method statement, innovative ideas/value engineering proposal, etc
- Supervising drafting/modelling works
- Technical clearance to client and subcontractor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 13 years of engineering experience with Degree in Architecture
- Independent with good communication skill
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Preferable with related LTA experiences
