About the Role:

Candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, fostering employee growth, and shaping a positive work experience. You'll work closely with the Group HR Director to drive strategic HR initiatives that support the organizational goals. Talemt acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, employee wellness.

Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive HR support for [Region/Department], including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Banyan Tree's overall business objectives.

· Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

· Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.

· Foster a culture of employee engagement, open communication, and professional development.

· Manage a team of HR professionals (if applicable).

· Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.

· Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hospitality or service industry environment.

· Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.

· Strong understanding of all core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development).

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

· Problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
