Job Scope:
- In charge of all the food production machinery maintenance for grinding and mixing of spices
- Ensure machinery is efficient and usable for day to day operations at the same time
- In case of machine breakdown, should be able handle the situation and do the necessary rectifications. Should be also able to advice accordingly if external parts are required
- Maintenance includes sharpening of grinding plates for grinding machine and also daily operations of mixing and grinding of spices
- Machinery has to be serviced every week based on production schedule
- Ensure cleanliness of machine after necessary maintenance is done
