- Provide and manage administrative support to the daily school operation
- Continually enhance the administrative systems and processes in the school in consultation with the Academic Director and management team
- Prepare student contract; P-files, collect course fees, etc in accordance with CPE guidelines
- Provide support in preparation of teaching materials for students and teachers
- Track attendance for all students
- Prepare monthly attendance reports and annual returns
- Prepare course and class schedules
- Conduct module, course and graduate surveys and tabulate survey results and outcomes
- Provide coordination and supports to students as and when needed
- Provide front desk support as and when needed
- Answer to student and parents’ queries
- Try to resolve any conflict and complaint (if any)
- Support the management team for any other task as assigned.
