Finance Executive
- Perform finance functions such as claims, accounts receivable and accounts payable, keeping proper records of all financial documents.
- Prepare and perform invoicing to customers and follow up on payments
- Maintain and update financial information using accounting tool(XERO) and payroll system.
- Coordinate & facilitate Annual Financial Audit Process
- Prepare and handle GST filing
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE & Diploma
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Committed, independent & meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases (XERO) and payroll system.
