International law firm is seeking suitable candidate to join their finance team.
Responsibilities
- Manage clients & office account matters
- Review, clear and close client matter ledgers including resolving outstanding balances
- Perform batch posting of receipts, payments, petty cash and process multi-currency transactions
- Handle bookkeeping, review nominal accounts, post journals and process expense payments
- Maintain supplier ledger including input invoices, credit notes and issue payments
- Manage expert ledger and process payments
- Perform bank reconciliation and generate reports in Excel
- Assist with credit control, liaise with fee earners and clients for debt collections.
- Liaise with auditors and perform accounting administration
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting
- Preferably 2-3 years legal finance or accounting experience in law firm environment
- Jobseekers with full/partial international accounting experience are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of legacy database migration to practice management system
- Proficient in MS application, Aderant Expert
- Good spoken and written English
- Salary from $3,300 to $4,000/month
- 9am to 6pm, 3 months probation, 25 days annual leaves, hybrid work structure.
