HR
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions.
- Prepare employment documents (appointment, confirmation, warning letters, etc.).
- Oversee onboarding/off-boarding processes including inductions, orientations, and exit interviews.
- Conduct full cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring.
- Process monthly payroll for expatriate and local staff and submit reports to Finance.
- Manage employee benefits: leave, medical/dental claims, insurance.
- Assist in annual performance appraisals and HR policy review.
- Implement training and development programs and process claims to SSG.
- Liaise with external partners (recruitment agents, insurers, auditors, etc.).
- Handle government claims (maternity, childcare, NS, etc.) and prepare government surveys.
- Maintain HR database and employee records.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties.
Admin
- Develop and manage the company’s website and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Handle inquiries from external parties (job applicants, customers, business partners, media).
- Maintain basic expense records.
- Handle routine admin paperwork and documentation.
