Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D architectural scenes for renderings or real-time projects.
- Create assets for real-time applications, including virtual reality.
- Texturing, lighting and softscape planting to achieve realistic results.
- Ensure all 3D scenes are optimized for performance while maintaining visual fidelity.
- Continuously explore and apply the latest techniques in 3D modeling and rendering to maintain high visual standards without compromising performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively seek out opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and help solve challenges with technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploms or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics or 3D related field.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing and lighting in 3dsmax or Blender.
- Proficiency in Real time Game Engine in Unreal 4/5. (Knowledge in Unity is a plus)
- Excellent artistic and technical skills with a keen eye for details and aesthetics.
- Strong team player and ability to work with different levels of people within the group.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
