Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a key contact to customers for all service-related customer calls/emails
- Coordinating preventative maintenance activities
- Quotations & Purchase Order Management
- Providing administrative support for the service function.
Must-Have:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Excellent customer service experience
- ServiceMax, Salesforce and SAP systems knowledge - highly desirable but not essential – on the job training will be provided
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
