FULL STACK DEVELOPER

The Role:

You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of both internal and external facing applications, with a specific focus on digitizing our supply chain back-end departments and building an online catalogue website. Job Description:

• Back-End Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure integration with various supply chain software and internal systems.
  • Implement back-end functionalities related to inventory management, order processing, logistics tracking, and other supply chain aspects.
  • Utilize relevant back-end technologies such as Python, Java, SQL, or similar.
• Front-End Development:
  • Develop a user-friendly and visually appealing online catalogue website compatible with most ERP systems.
  • Implement front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar.
  • Design and build responsive interfaces that adapt seamlessly to different devices and screen sizes.
  • Implement e-commerce functionalities, such as product search, filtering, shopping cart, and checkout.
• Integration & Automation:
  • Develop integrations between the online catalogue and back-end supply chain systems for seamless data flow.
  • Automate manual tasks wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• System Upgrades & Integrations:
  • Manage and lead system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and implement integrations with external partner systems, focusing on secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Stay updated on the latest supply chain technologies and trends, proactively proposing and implementing relevant upgrades.
• Monitoring & Management:
  • Proactively monitor applications, systems, and integrations for performance and security issues.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime.
  • Implement automated monitoring and alerting systems for early detection of potential issues.
  • Manage and maintain documentation for all systems and integrations.
• Maintenance & Support:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications for bugs and performance issues.
  • Implement updates and security patches to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Provide technical support to internal users and clients regarding the online catalogue.

Qualifications and Skills:

• • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development principles.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (mentioned above).
  • Experience with supply chain management and related software is highly desirable.
  • Experience with building e-commerce websites or integrating with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
