AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services
As a full-time Innovation Hub Associate, you will lead the build out and operation of the APJ Innovation Hub which aims to inspire our customer community in Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) to digital transformation and catalyze customer adoption on critical emerging technologies like Generative AI. You will have the exciting opportunity to identify emerging technology use cases for various customer cohorts, creatively design customer showcases to inspire executive audience. You will work backwards from the customer to architect and build an inspiring customer journey, training and messaging tailored for customers. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely build and delivery of projects. You will manage the day to day operations for the center working with various Subject Matter Experts to deliver a top notch customer experience. You will independently manage the project execution work cross-functionally and cross-geographically and run programs to drive demand generation and deliver value for our business. To do so, you will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as services, technical, partner, sales, operations, and marketing teams. Through leading this initiative, you will gain a unique insight into the cutting edge of technology and internal workings of one of the world’s fastest growing IT organizations.

• Has a passion for AWS and driving cloud computing adoption across Asia-Pacific
• Past experience in customer journey design and creation or building large scale marketing events and showcases would be helpful

Basic qualifications
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
