Roles & Responsibilities
* To assist the Assistant Manager, Operations in the day-to-day operational activities.
* Able to plan and organise effectively on the daily requirements of the warehouse operations.
* Work closely with Customer Service Team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled timely and accurately.
* Responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, picking, packing and logistics operations.
* Able to investigate and analyse the cause of mistakes and provide with solutions when there is incident and provide reports and counselling.
* All operational areas and documentations are maintained as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
* Communicate with warehouse operational team on issues or concerns pertaining operational matters or duties.
* To track and coordinate all orders which requires special attention (Ad hoc orders, Urgent Orders, etc)
* To generate and analyse reports for management
* Inter-department coordination and liaising with Inward and Outward movements of goods.
* Responsible for perpetual and annual stock taking and provide periodic reports in respect for stock movements.
* Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to support safe working environment including safe operations of equipment.
* To ensure daily and monthly KPIs / targets are met
Job Requirements
* Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehouse Management or it’s equivalent.
* Min 3 – 5 years of relevant warehousing experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role
