Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate events, including corporate events, private parties, and other special occasions.
- Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Assist in setting up and decorating event venues according to the event plan and client specifications.
- Monitor and manage events to ensure they run smoothly, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Assist in post-event clean-up and venue restoration.
- Schedule the roster for team members.
Service Crew:
- Prepare karaoke rooms for bookings.
- Greet and direct guests to designated rooms.
- Provide basic technical assistance, including karaoke system and microphone checks.
- Assist customers in operating the karaoke console and finding songs upon request (training provided).
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Take orders, input orders into the POS system, and serve food and beverages.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work unsupervised and produce quality work.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning and entertainment or F&B is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as required.
- Must be bilingual and able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
- 5.5 days work week, 8 hours per day
- 6 days off per month
- Paid overtime if required
