As an intern, you will be able to learn and grow your social media marketing skills while honing other skills in the retail and e-commerce business. We are seeking for individuals who are creative and are willing to learn to join our collaborative, committed, and autonomous team!
Responsibilities & Opportunities
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for various social media platforms including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Video Production: Film and edit high-quality videos and Reels using appropriate applications. Conceptualize, style, film, and edit Instagram stories and video content.
- Trend Analysis & Content Strategy: Be proactive in spotting (and raising to the team) opportunities/upcoming trends that the brand is able to leverage on to build the brand’s presence on social media to stay competitive and innovative
- Social Media Monitoring: Analyse market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to ideate and develop content that are on brand and aligned with the brand’s direction
- Customer Service: Assist with the retail floor on days when the shop is open. This involves sales floor upkeep, cashiering, etc.
- Packing & Daily Housekeeping Duties
- Inventory Management: Engage in stock-take and tagging of the new product
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned
Requirements
- High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team
- Knowledge and passion for social media and digital marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Training will be provided
