Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer rapport.
- Communicate and follow up on shipment statuses with customers.
- Understand and monitor individual customer processes and KPIs.
- Comply with company vision, mission, SOP, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301).
- Achieve IMS policy and objectives.
- Collaborate with superiors to improve departmental processes.
- Lead and supervise team members, manage leave schedules, and assign back-up buddies.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with various departments.
- Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer and company requirements.
- Perform order processing, permit declaration, shipping documentation, and payment services.
- Coordinate transportation, warehouse, and depot operations.
- Generate and provide required reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare billing and ensure accurate transmission of charges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or 3 years of logistics experience preferred.
- Fluent in English with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Team player, proactive, self-motivated, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of PSA Haulier Community System and TradeNet is an advantage.
