Responsibilities:
· Assist to the department head to carry out construction engineering market development, establish and maintain customer relations;
· Responsible for developing and mining customer resources and project information, conducting business negotiations, participating in project bidding, project coordination and support, and promoting the signing of contracts
· Grasp the market dynamics, grasp the latest information, to provide the basis for the company's business development strategy
· Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements;
· Min qualification require Bachelor degree.
· 5 years work experience is preferred
· Mandarin proficiency required for liaising with Chinese stakeholders
· Understand the design and construction industry workflow, have the construction industry market development experience, familiar with the overseas construction industry market situation is preferred
· Good presentation, familiar with business communication etiquette, and strong ability of public relations and social activities
· Strong interpersonal skills, good at listening, understand customer needs
· Dedication, practical, responsible, careful and rigorous, have good professional quality and team spirit and strong communication and organization and coordination ability
· Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent overseas business trips.
