Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Build canvas apps, model-driven apps, and automated workflows to automate business processes.
- Customize and extend Power Apps with Power Automate and other integrations.
- Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance in Power Platform solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Power Platform applications.
- Stay current with industry trends, updates, and new features in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Provide level of effort estimates to project managers as requested to develop and meet project schedules; provide technical advice and develop solutions as required.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in Power Apps/Power Automate and/or;
- Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture and components.
- Proficiency in creating canvas apps, model-driven apps, and automated workflows.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Teams.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong customer service skills, teaming skills, and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
- Ability to research and resolve problems efficiently and accurately, and establish any associated solution artifacts.
- Performs detail-oriented tasks in an independent environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
