Cybersecurity and IT Governance Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity and IT Governance Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of the company’s digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect assets and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies aligned with the internal risk framework and external regulatory requirements.
- Set appropriate policies, standards, and guidelines to effectively manage cybersecurity risks.
- Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Monitor and track risk mitigations and exceptions to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and policies.
- Conduct compliance assessments of products and systems according to digital policies and standards.
- Drive awareness and training programs for digital policies and standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for IT audits and reviews.
- Conduct risk assessments for data protection.
- Stay updated on industry ICT security practices, trends, and regulatory requirements, and recommend policies and controls to enhance the enterprise security posture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity and digital governance.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and legislative requirements.
- Expertise in conducting architecture reviews and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry ICT security practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
