Responsibility: -
- Monthly Full Payroll Process and generate Payroll Report
- To assist and calculate each employee's monthly OT's and allowance (if any)
- Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, leave
- Monthly CPF report and file preparation
- Preparation & submission of IR21, IR8A – Tax matters
- Submission of Levy Waiver / NS man claim and Government Paid Leave
- Answering employee’s queries
- Recruitment support in posting job ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews.
- Perform Verification, orientations and update records of new staff.
- Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics
- Assist with day to day operations HR/administrative duties
- Keep up-to-date with the latest rule and regulation
- Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed
- Any Ad-Hoc duties assign by Management
Requirements: -
- Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma / Higher Nitec
- At least 2 years HR experience
- Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
- Familiar with work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
- Proficient in Ms Office Application
- Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
- Meticulous and well organized
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment, under minimal supervision
- Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
- Salary - Subject to experience & qualifications
· Working Days: Monday - Friday
· Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM
