Job Description & Requirements
This position is responsible for the daily operations of all outlets, including the development and performance management of employees, overseeing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies and optimising profits for the company.
Duties:
- To oversee outlets operations and ensuring the outlet profitability and operational efficiency
- Analyse financial performance to formulate, develop and implement plans to improve sales and profitability of the Company.
- Maintain food costs at the current agreed level and ensure that correct profit margins achieved
- Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
- Manage cost and quality controls.
- Manage outlet and equipment maintenance.
- Manage training.
- Monitor income and expenses.
- Manage crisis situations.
Responsible for the daily operations of the store:
- Ensure that all daily sale collections are securely banked and related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance to company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
- Respond to complaints, and take appropriate immediate corrective actions. Educate staff on prevention of future occurrence.
- Management shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling and planning of work force.
- Interview job applicants. Direct recruitment, supervision, development and, when necessary, termination of employment of employees.
- Conduct orientation which includes safety briefing, and oversee the training of new employees.
- Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance appraisal.
- Ability to deal with challenging customers if required
Requirements:
- Leadership with strong influential and coaching skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- The candidate must have basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel Power Point etc).
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate must be prepared to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Must be prepared to work in shifts
- Must be prepared to perform ad hoc duties and tasks in case of any acute shortage of employees.
