Job Purpose
- You will be a member of CRESA’s Group FINTECH Team that provides Business analytics, planning and cost management support to CRESA operations & initiatives across the Globe.
- You will interface with Group Finance and provide financial accounting support on Occupancy/Department costs focusing on Singapore; Project tracking & Asset booking, Month-end journals preparation, Audit preparations, Balance sheet attestation, and Cost Savings submission.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide financial support for DBS’s portfolio
- Prepare accounting journals for financial adjustments and accruals entries
- Retrieve and consolidate data from Finance Hyperion system for preparation Occupancy/Department financial decks
- Create and maintain a repository for consolidation of various reports across CRESA
- Assist in tracking of project cost and strategic cost savings, and Ad-hoc investigations relating to payments, audit and occupancy fixed assets
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role or finance role in banking industry
- Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders/partners
- Proficient in MS Excel and Power point skills.
- Proficient in Basic Principles of Accounting and book-keeping
- Corporate real estate (CRE) experience preferred
