Working as part of the Temperature Services team based in Craigavon the role will report to the Temperature Services Supervisor, you will contribute as part of the Global Temperature Services team who are based in Craigavon, Singapore, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
The successful applicant will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with the successful management of the temperature data for clinical supply trials at any Almac Clinical Services site.Criteria
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or significant experience in project management
- Past experience in logistics/ project management/ customer-facing roles are welcome
- Good at execution within deadlines
- Proficient at MS Suite
- Organised and detailed
- Able to write reports
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Responsibilities
· Main point of contact for all temperature related services.
· Set up customers and protocols based on the applicable temperature services
· Perform shipment tracking and temperature excursion monitoring
· Provide timely updates
· Support Business Development and other departments as Subject Matter Expert on Temperature Services
· Update all relevant documentation
· Respond to queries and complaints in a timely manner
· Generate reports, including conducting any required investigations
· Other related tasks or projects as detailed by the manager
Criteria
- Minimum diploma
- Past experience in logistics/ supply chain/ 3PL
- Good at execution within deadlines
- Prior customer-facing experience would have advantage
- Knowledge of MS Suite
- Detailed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
