Responsibilities :
- Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for all Facilities Management Activities
- Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
- To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for Air Con, ACMV and General Building Services.
- Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent
- 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
- Good communication skills, positive mindset
- Hardworking and able to multi-task
- Customer service oriented mindset
