The Opportunity
- Exciting opportunity to supporting on Global Treasury Projects, and you will control, manage and oversight all of our internal projects, ensuring all those projects are implemented in timely manner with the expected quality. We also expect the candidate to run hands-on management of documentations and communications with internal / external project stakeholders.

- Location: Ubi

- 6 months contract (renewal subjected to performance and business directions)
- Salary: Up to SGD 6k (subjected to experience)
The Role
- Support Global Treasury Project (i.e. Treasury management system implementation, Onboarding to a global partner bank, BPO outsourcing)
- Design project task tracking sheet, and as an owner of this sheet, keep monitoring / tracking the status of each project tasks, ensuring timely delivery of each project task output.
- Communication with internal / external project stakeholders, ensuring project runs and complete in timely manner with the expected output quality.
- Hands on management of project related documentations
- Schedule and coordinate those project related meetings
- Other non-project related treasury operational tasks, including data management and document management
The Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Treasury or banking preferred
- Responsible, self-motivated, self-disciplined and detail oriented while in a fast paced and dynamic setting
- Able to handle highly confidential data
