Key Responsibilities:
• Help in coordination for SAP projects
• Perform system maintenance checks, monitor interfaces/integrations, and resolve system issues in SAP FI/CO
• Liaise closely with users and service providers (SIs) on system issues and enhancements.
• Assist in testing during issue resolutions, enhancements, and projects to discover errors and issues in business processes and user experience, and document test cases and results.
• Assist in user access management and transport request management.
• Assist the reporting manager in performing a variety of project administrative duties,
including disseminating project information to project stakeholders and monitoring the progress of project activities such as requirement gathering, SIT, UAT, and training.
• Update project-related materials and documentation
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related studies
· Experience in project administration or coordination
· Experience in SAP FI module
· Experienced in AR, AP, GL will be advantageous
