DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Adhere to our grooming standards at all times.
· Welcomes and greets guests (by name if known) always in a warm and friendly manner.
· Ensures daily smooth operation of driveway, hotel entrance and guest elevators.
· Ensures sufficient storage of guest luggage and deliveries in the appropriate storage areas.
· Ensures daily delivery of all guest newspapers while taking into account minimal wastage and cost control.
· Ensure that all arriving & departing guests are correctly addressed and made to feel welcomed / thanked for choosing Dao By Dorsett.
· Maintains neat and tidy driveway, hotel entrance, elevators and also the luggage storage room.
· Keeps personally updated on current events in Singapore.
· Ensures daily guest request is being met and follows-up on daily request and complaint.
· Promptly deliver and retrieve guest luggage, deliveries and messages.
· Maintains good relationship with all taxi, coach and travel companies.
· Any other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATION:
- “O” Levels and above
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 1 – 2 years in Front Office operations / Customer Service experience.
